Paula Rivera has a diverse work experience in corporate communications and public relations. Paula currently holds the position of Senior Director Public Relations at IntelePeer, where they lead the development and execution of the company's corporate media relations program. Prior to this, they worked as a Director, Public Relations at IntelePeer, where they managed the external PR agency, facilitated communication with the media, and updated key corporate messaging. Before joining IntelePeer, Paula worked as a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications at Cognizant, where they handled external communications for multiple business units and facilitated executive communications. Paula also has experience working at The Hertz Corporation, where they held the role of Manager, Public Affairs and was responsible for developing and managing internal and external communication programs.

Paula Rivera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing from Hofstra University. Paula also obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2022.
