Julius Pasion has a strong and extensive work experience spanning several companies in the telecommunications industry. Julius'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Systems Development at IntelePeer, a position they held from June 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Systems Development from September 2015 to May 2020 at the same company. Before their time at IntelePeer, Julius held the position of Manager of OSS/BSS/Routing Development at IntelePeer from November 2012 to August 2015.

Before joining IntelePeer, Julius worked at Level 3 Communications, where they held various roles over a span of ten years. Julius'spositions at Level 3 included Senior Enterprise Process Architect from October 2011 to November 2012, Product Development Manager from March 2010 to October 2011, Senior Network Quality Assurance Engineer from November 2006 to March 2010, Senior VoIP Engineer from November 2004 to November 2006, Senior IT Project Engineer from February 2002 to November 2004, and Senior NMS Engineer from September 2000 to February 2002.

Prior to their time at Level 3 Communications, Julius was employed at USWest Wireless as a Senior Member of Technical Staff from January 1997 to September 2000. Julius also worked at FERA Corporation as an Engineer from 1994 to 1996.

Through their various roles and experiences, Julius has developed a strong background in systems development, process architecture, product development, network quality assurance, VoIP engineering, IT project engineering, and technical staff management.

Julius Pasion obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a Mechanical Specialty from the Colorado School of Mines between 1989 and 1994. In 2020, they also obtained a certification in Machine Learning in Business from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
