Jakub Skalik has extensive experience in recruitment and talent attraction, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment Marketing for EMEA at Intel Corporation since October 2013, alongside earlier roles including Talent Attraction & Lead Generation Specialist and Recruiter for the DACH Region. Additionally, Jakub is a Wykładowca at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk since October 2023. Previous experience includes project management at AC-Partner and project coordination at FAIRbund e.V. Jakub holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Employer Branding from Kozminski University, a Master of Science in European Economic Integration from Leipzig University, and a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from Akademia im. Jana Długosza w Częstochowie.
