Boaz Tamir has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Platform Security Technologies R&D at Intel Corporation since February 1997, with a focus on Confidential Compute Technologies, including SGX and TDX. Earlier roles at Intel included Engineering Manager for Security Firmware Architecture and Development, Security Firmware Architect, and SW Engineering Manager in Location Technologies and Wireless SP Technologies. Boaz began a career as a Software Engineer specializing in Binary Instrumentation and Performance Analysis Technologies. Previous experience includes a Software Engineer position at NetManage from 1994 to 1997. Boaz holds an M.Sc in Computer Science and a B.A. in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, obtained between 1988 and 1994.
