David Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. David began their career in 1987 at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as a Distribution Supervisor until 1989. David then moved on to Chevron, where they served as a Financial Analyst in the MBA Finance Rotation Program from 1991 to 1993. Johnson then joined Intel Corporation in 1993 and held various roles, including Finance Manager/Controller and M&A and Strategic Investments Manager for the Treasury group, where they led multiple acquisitions and strategic investments in the communications sector. In 2004, they joined Intel Capital as a Managing Director/Investment Director, focusing on investments in areas such as Internet of Things, Autonomous Systems, 5G, Network Infrastructure, and Chip Technology. Throughout their career, Johnson has worked on significant deals and investments and has shown expertise in finance, investments, and acquisitions.
David Johnson attended Vanderbilt University from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following this, they enrolled at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 1989 to 1991 and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Accounting.
