Robert Rubino has extensive work experience in research and development. Robert started their career at Merck in 1993 as a Research Chemist and worked there until 1997. From 1997 to 2014, they worked at Greatbatch, Inc. as a Senior Scientist and later became the R&D Manager for Lithium-Ion Batteries. Since 2014, they have been employed at Integer Holdings Corporation, initially as the Director of R&D and currently holds the position of Sr. Director, R&D.

Robert Rubino received a Bachelor of Science degree in Medicinal Chemistry from the University at Buffalo in 1991. Robert then pursued a Master of Science degree in Medicinal Chemistry from the same institution and completed it in 1993.
