Patrick Leroe is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the medical device manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Innovia Medical since August 2021, Patrick previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager at TE Connectivity, where leadership encompassed 700 employees and $135 million in sales across two facilities. At Integer Holdings Corporation, significant achievements included a 10% year-over-year improvement in employee engagement. As Plant Manager at Pentair, Patrick transformed an underperforming facility, achieving substantial increases in quality and cost savings.
