James Dunham is a seasoned professional in customer operations with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Customer Operations Manager at Integer Holdings Corporation since June 2023, James leads operations at the Plymouth, MN site. Previously, James held the position of Senior Customer Service Manager at Medtronic from December 2012 to June 2023, overseeing domestic and international customer operations. Earlier in their career, James worked in customer service at St. Jude Medical from February 2010 to December 2012. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston.
