Craig Bailey is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in precision machining and manufacturing across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Integer Holdings Corporation since February 2020, Craig has previously held senior roles at SynCardia Systems, Spectrum Plastics Group, Parker Hannifin, B/E Aerospace, Paragon Space Development Corporation, Raytheon, and The Tech Group. Craig's expertise encompasses design, fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance processes, along with a strong background in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, process planning, and CNC machining. Craig holds a Master's of Science in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology/Human Factors from Arizona State University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Applied Technology - CNC Machining from Mesa Community College.
