Natalie James is an experienced professional with a diverse background in payroll, project management, office administration, and executive leadership. Currently serving as a Payroll Specialist at Integrity Locums since February 2023, Natalie previously held roles as a Project Manager at Betsy Bash, LLC, and as an Office Manager at McConnaughhay, Coonrod, Pope, Weaver & Stern, P.A. Additionally, as Executive Director of the Love Hope Strength Cancer Foundation from April 2016 to January 2018, Natalie focused on administration, fundraising, and community outreach to support individuals affected by blood borne cancers. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Controller for Tavern Hospitality Group, where Natalie enhanced accounting practices and managed financial operations across multiple restaurants, and as Marketing Director for Vintage Marketing Group, building extensive marketing strategies from January 1994 to November 2007.
