Neil Borthwick is an experienced claims management professional with a career spanning over two decades in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Claims Manager at Integrity Life since October 2022, Neil previously held key positions at BT Financial Group, including Head of Claims and National Technical Claims Manager, from April 2013 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at CommInsure as Claims Consultant and Acting EM Wholesale Life Claims, along with consulting for claims solutions at Munich Re Australia. Neil's extensive background also features leadership as Executive Manager Claims at Suncorp Life and managing Stop Loss insurance at Willis Faber & Dumas. Neil holds a degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
