Melissa M. Garcia has worked for a variety of companies since 1995. From 1995-2006, they were an Administrative Assistant for Bethany Evangelical Churches of Garden Grove. From 1999-2006, they were a Data Entry Technician and Office Technician for the County of Orange. In 2015, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the President, Business Development and Inside Sales Representative for Integrity IT Solutions, Inc. Melissa M. was also an Office Coordinator for Coast Community College District in 2015. Finally, they returned to the County of Orange in 2015 as a Data Entry Technician. During their time with the County of Orange, they provided customer service, translation services, and clerical support.

Melissa M. Garcia attended Katella High School from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a High School degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In June 2019, they obtained a ProCPR certification from ProTrainings.
