Clarence Carter is the President and CEO of Integrits Corporation, a role held since January 2000, where Clarence serves as the founder and visionary, overseeing the provision of high-technology products and services to defense and commercial clients. Previously, Clarence was the Chairman and Managing Director of Quality Systems Engineering Consortium, LLC, from January 2010 to July 2018, providing technical support in system management and combat training. Clarence's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Manager for Litton PRC's Fleet Systems Department, where leadership was provided for over 125 engineers and analysts in support of Naval Warfare Systems. Clarence also held the position of Senior Program Manager at Litton PRC, focusing on various projects in Warfare Systems Test & Evaluation, DoD Healthcare Informatics, and IT Services. Educational credentials include an Executive Certificate in Strategy & Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an Executive Certificate from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts from Ottawa University, and an Associate of Arts from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
