Manny Mesias has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Manny started their career as an Admin Assistant at BMW of North America, where they assisted the facilities manager and provided guidance on computer systems procurement. Manny then worked as a Customer Service representative at Inchcape Shipping Services, handling inquiries and setting up shipments.
Manny went on to work at Alphanet Solutions as a Help Desk Associate, handling computer issues and opening service tickets for clients. At Delta CompuTec, LLC, they served as a Call Dispatch and Customer Service/Parts Coordinator, coordinating and dispatching technicians for repairs and maintaining vendor relations.
Manny joined MortgageIT, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, where they held various positions ranging from a Help Desk Coordinator to a Telecom Engineer. As a Telecom Engineer, they administered multiple telecom platforms for a national account.
After that, Manny worked at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP as a Hardware Consultant, performing computer imaging and refurbishing laptops. Manny then transitioned to Catholic Charities Diocese of Trenton as a Computer Support Specialist, providing support to local and field offices and maintaining the network infrastructure.
Finally, Manny joined Integris as a Systems Engineer and later took on the role of Systems Engineer, Service Desk. At Integris, they became part of a team that aimed to provide comprehensive technology solutions for businesses.
Throughout their career, Manny has demonstrated strong technical skills, customer service, and a commitment to ensuring efficient operations within various organizations.
Manny Mesias obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Science Technology and Society from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Manny attended the institution from 1991 to 1997.
