Gilbert D. Cortez has worked as a Tier 1 Special Services Engineer at Integris since January 2023. Prior to that, they were also a Tier 1 Special Services Engineer at CalTech from June 2022 until January 2023.

Gilbert D. Cortez completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Business Administration from San Antonio College from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their academic qualifications, Gilbert earned the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in December 2022, as well as the CompTIA A+ ce Certification in October 2022.
