Leena Borhade started their work experience in 2014 as a Technician Appreciate at Tata Motors. Leena then worked as an Engineering Student at Graduated from August 2015 to September 2018. Following that, they worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at Tesla Consulting Engineers from September 2018 to December 2018. In 2017, Leena founded Lovelee's Creative Station. In 2018, they joined Jagriti Yatra as an Engine Room Club member. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Project Coordinator at Integrative Systems since June 2020.

Leena Borhade obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Mount Saint Ann's Convent High School. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering at All India Shivaji Memorial Societys College of Engineering, Pune from 2015 to 2018. Leena also earned a Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree during the same period, specializing in Electrical Engineering.
