Wilhelmina De Castro, LCSW, currently serves as the Lead Educator for the Psilocybin Facilitator Training Program at the Naropa Center for Psychedelic Studies and as the Executive Director at the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute (PRATI), where contributions focus on the transformative potential of psychedelic medicines. Additional roles include Lead Therapist for Phase 3 Psilocybin Clinical Trials at Compass Pathways, DEI Officer and Home Group Lead at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and Owner of Integrate, a mental health collective. Wilhelmina De Castro is also an Advisory Board Member at Thank You Life, a nonprofit aimed at promoting social equity, and previously held the position of Clinical Manager at Tia while serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California. Wilhelmina De Castro holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside.
