Noel John Chandler Jr. is a Senior Software Engineer at Integration Innovation, Inc. since July 2017, where software analysis and report writing are performed at the US Naval Research Laboratory, alongside support for legacy real-time simulation systems. Prior to this role, Noel held various positions at CACI International Inc. from October 1989 to June 2017, including Engineering Manager, where management of contracts and coordination of staff efforts were key responsibilities. Additional roles at CACI included Software Lead, successfully integrating a new Data Acquisition System, and Programmer Analyst III, migrating software routines. Earlier experience includes positions at METRATEK, QuesTech, and ENSCO, Inc. Noel obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Augustana College.
