Shavonn Doughlin, M.S.Ed, currently serves as the Chief Academic Officer at Integration Charter Schools since July 2023, after holding the position of Deputy Chief of Schools, Teaching and Learning. From August 2019 to present, Doughlin is also the Chief Executive Officer of AVOR Educators, a consulting firm. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Principal and a School Improvement Coach at the NYC Department of Education from August 2019 to September 2022 and September 2010 to January 2019, respectively. Additionally, Doughlin has worked as a High School English Teacher and an English Language Arts Common Core Fellow. Earlier career roles include Executive Assistant to the Dean at Milano The New School for Management and Urban Policy from March 2006 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Leadership in Education from The College of Saint Rose, an Ed.M in Education from Long Island University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from The New School.
