AJ MacDonald has extensive experience in operations and project management within the fields of engineering, environmental management, and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Integrated Sustainability since April 2011, AJ has held various leadership roles focused on project delivery, engineering design, and business strategy for both industrial and municipal clients. Previous experience includes positions as Applications Engineer at Canwell Enviro-Industries, Water Specialist at IMV Projects, and Project Engineer at WorleyParsons, encompassing responsibilities in process engineering, infrastructure design, project management, and market development. AJ holds a Master of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with Honours from Queen's University.
