Edwin Medearis has had a long and successful career in the field of business and public service. Edwin began their career in 1990 as a Center Supervisor at Austin Oaks Hospital, where they developed a no-maintenance-required, self-starting, self-developing and high-impact-contributing work style. In 1993, they moved to Travis County Juvenile Court, where they served as the Director of Leadership Academy - Residential Services, impacting the level and volume of residential and administrative services. In 1998, they took on an Adjunct Faculty Instructor role at Austin Community College, teaching an introductory Sociology class and learning how to present in long form. Finally, in 2005, they joined Integrated Screening Partners (ISP) / Promesa as their Chief Operating Officer, delivering leadership and organizational disciplines to move their screening services and customer service forward.
Edwin Medearis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and a Master's degree in Sociology from Prairie View A&M University.
