Steve Wickens has worked in the tech industry since 2002. Steve began their career at FICO, where they held various roles in product support, including Sr. Manager, Manager, and Director of Product Support. In 2015, they joined IBM as Director of Customer Success Global - IBM Cloud Object Storage, where they were responsible for global IBM cloud object storage customer success, both for systems and cloud teams. In 2021, they joined Integrated Practice Solutions, Inc. as Sr. Director of Customer Success, where they oversee both on-prem and SaaS support, training, onboarding and CS teams across the ChiroTouch software customer base.
Steve Wickens received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Providence, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado State University in 2007.
