Caitlyn Chambers Allen serves as the Regional Human Resources Director at Integrated Power Services since October 2017, having progressed through positions such as Regional Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist. With a strong background in recruitment, Caitlyn has contributed to North America's premier provider of electric motor repair and maintenance services. Prior experience includes roles at Recruiting Solutions as a Staffing Coordinator and Recruiting Assistant, where Caitlyn supported talent acquisition efforts for various client companies. Additional roles include Office Coordinator at Pathways Group Counseling Center, Site Coordinator at YMCA of Greater Williamson County, and Administrative Receptionist at Colorado Springs Health Partners. Caitlyn began a career in education as a Physical Education Teacher at The Goddard School for Early Childhood, followed by an internship at Carson Newman University as a Graduate Assistant for Sports Information. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Coaching from Carson-Newman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Montreat College.
