Gyann Phillips has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare and mental health. They started their career as a Clinical Coordinator at Southwest Network in 2011 before moving on to work as a Clinician at Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) in 2011. In 2014, they became a Clinical Manager at Jewish family and children's services, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Doctoral Intern at Bayless Integrated Healthcare in 2017. In 2018, they joined Bayless Integrated Healthcare as a Clinical Outcomes Director and later took on the role of Adjunct Faculty at Grand Canyon University. In 2022, they worked as a Population Health Manager at VillageMD before starting their current position as the Director of Quality and Population Health at Integrated Medical Services (IMS).

Gyann Phillips LPC, DBH has a comprehensive education history. Gyann pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice at Arizona State University. Afterwards, they attended Argosy University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology. Following this, they completed their Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, also at Argosy University. Finally, Gyann Phillips carried on with their education at Arizona State University, College of Health Solutions, where they earned a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, specializing in Integrated Healthcare.
