The President & Chief Strategy Officer of Integrated Health Systems, Manager has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry.

Manager began their career in 1990 as a Territory Business Manager for Bausch + Lomb. In this role, they were responsible for managing sales for the company's Ray Ban product line. After five years in this role, they transitioned to Bristol Myers Squibb where they spent seven years as a Territory Business Manager for ConvaTec, a leading manufacturer of wound care and Ostomy products.

In 2002, Manager joined Baxter International Inc. as a Principal Territory Business Manager for their Immunology division. In this role, they oversaw sales and marketing efforts for Baxter's immunology products. They remained in this role for thirteen years before moving to Baxalta in 2015 as a Principal Territory Business Manager for Immunology/Hematology.

In 2016, Manager left Baxalta to join Shire as an Integrated Health System Manager for their Immunology division. In this role, they oversaw the development and implementation of Shire's immunology product strategy. They remained in this role until January 2019 when they joined Integrated Health Systems as President & Chief Strategy Officer.

The educational career for Manager would include a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Morehead State University.
