Mark Banks is an experienced Information Technology Manager with a diverse background in technical support and project management. Currently managing 1st and 2nd line support teams at Integrated Care 24, Mark has played a key role in the Covid-19 response project and the implementation of a new ITSM service desk in line with ITIL principles. Previously, at Ofgem, Mark served as Technical Support Manager overseeing a 3rd line support team and led significant teleconferencing system migrations that improved service quality while reducing costs. Mark's extensive experience includes roles at Kantar Media Intelligence, IBM UK Ltd, and the British Council, with a strong track record of managing support teams, vendor contracts, and system migrations. Mark holds educational credentials from Mid Kent College of Higher and Further Education.
