Bradley Taylor has over a decade of experience in operational management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Senior Operational Project Manager at Integrated Care 24 since October 2013. In this role, Bradley supports Business & System Development Teams and oversees the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care Services across multiple localities. Prior positions include Operations Manager for the GP Led Out of Hours Service within the Norfolk & Waveney STP, as well as Dispatch Controller for NHS contracts in Great Yarmouth & Waveney and South Essex. Earlier career experience includes serving as Administration Manager at Morrisons from March 2005 to August 2013. Bradley holds a Level 5 qualification from the Institute of Leadership & Management obtained through ERAS in 2016-2017 and completed GCSEs at Chantry High School from 2000 to 2005.
