Laura Fischer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the senior living industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Integral Senior Living since April 2024, Laura has held various leadership roles at Brookdale from May 2017 to April 2024, including Division Vice President and Vice President of Senior Regional Operations. Previous positions include Regional Director of Operations at Sunrise Senior Living and Executive Director roles at both Sunrise and ARV/Atria Senior Living. Laura holds both a Bachelor's degree in Business and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
