Gavin Lei is an experienced manager and engineer with a robust background in analytics and solutions at Scotiabank since September 2022 and as a Project Engineer at Integral Energy Services Ltd. since February 2016. With expertise in cost analysis, project efficiency, and team collaboration, Gavin has successfully coordinated construction management projects and developed innovative Industry 4.0 systems in collaboration with RMIT in Australia. Prior to these roles, Gavin contributed as a Project Management System Engineer at Saipem Canada Inc. and gained research experience at the University of Calgary. Gavin holds a Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary, complemented by degrees in Banking Study and Automation.
