Kieran Cannistra is a seasoned content consultant at Integral with over 20 years of experience in instructional design and content strategy. At IBM, from July 1998 to June 2020, Kieran held various leadership roles including Internal Communications Global Lead for IBM Systems, where strategies were implemented to foster engagement and advocacy among internal stakeholders. Kieran also served as a Senior Communications Engagement Strategist, a Senior Storyteller and Content Strategist for IBM Design, and as Intranet Managing Editor, demonstrating a strong focus on brand representation and content effectiveness. Kieran's earlier roles included instructional design and editorial contributions at Sherry Turkle and Cambridge Digital Media. Academically, Kieran earned an Ed.M. in Technology in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, as well as a B.A. in English from Yale University.
