Charles Chesnut serves as the Vice President of Insights & Experience at Integral since March 2022, following a role as Principal Consultant at Chesnut Digital, where expertise in digital strategy, content, and customer experience was applied from March 2020 to March 2022. Prior experience includes a Vice President position at r4 Technologies, where brand identity and digital presence were established, and multiple leadership roles at IBM from 1996 to 2017, focusing on customer experience, marketing innovation, and digital strategy. Early career highlights include serving as Communications Director for the "I Have a Dream" Foundation and as a Political Researcher for NBC News. Charles holds a BA in Government and English from Hamilton College.
