Cynthia Salim is an experienced venture partner and mentor, currently engaged with Integra Partners, focusing on investments in early-stage companies led by female founders in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia. Cynthia also mentors at German Accelerator, supporting the global scaling of German startups. Recent experience includes a venture partner role at Wright Partners, assisting corporates in creating investable ventures, and serving as principal at Target Global, where Asia exploration was led for a significant European venture capital fund. Prior to that, Cynthia held the director position at Straits Clan, leading the turnaround of a luxury hospitality venture, and founded Citizen's Mark, a recognized ethical fashion brand that gained accolades in Forbes. Earlier roles include operations management at Uncommon Goods, and positions with McKinsey & Company, the International Catholic Migration Commission, and Rotary International. Cynthia holds an MA in Human Values and Contemporary Global Ethics from King's College London and a BA in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
