Kathy Laidlaw serves as the Program Director and Executive Director at GiveTeens20 & NavZ, a non-profit organization aimed at guiding and supporting teenagers and young adults in exploring career options based on their strengths. Prior to this, Kathy worked as a Principal at Augusta Group, a market research consulting firm, and as a Concierge at Fremont Marriott. Kathy completed their education at El Camino College from 1984 to 1986.
