Shailesh Ajmera began their work experience in 2004 as a Software Engineer at Surya Software Systems Private Limited. Shailesh then moved on to Tata Consultancy Services in 2006, where they held the role of Associate Systems Engineer. In 2007, they joined Integra Micro Systems Pvt Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Programmer Analyst at Web Spiders. Currently, Shailesh is employed at Integra Micro Systems Pvt Ltd, where they have held various roles including Software Architect and their current role as Assistant Vice President - Software Development since February 2022.

Shailesh Ajmera earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 1999 and 2003.
