Javier Sánchez is an experienced professional in the fields of business agility and transformation consulting, currently serving as a Docente Programa de Postgrado at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez since March 2023, focusing on Lean Portfolio Management and business agility. As the Founder and CEO of Inteec, started in February 2013, Javier specializes in fostering profitable and sustainable growth for large organizations. Previous roles include Transformation Consultant at Valueflow, Principal Agile Consultant at CA Technologies, and Senior Development Manager at Grupo Humano, where Javier significantly contributed to software development and agile practices.
