Rineet Bhamrah is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as Deputy Manager - HR at Intech Organics Limited since July 2023, Rineet has held various HR leadership roles including Senior Human Resource Manager at Pacer Staffing LLC and Head of Department at CJ Darcl Logistics Ltd. Previous experience includes significant contributions to corporate relations and student placements at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, as well as recruiting efforts at DEVBHOOMI GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS. Rineet began the career as an HR Executive at GENPACT and later worked at Aon Hewitt. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Graphic Era Deemed to be University and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, with ongoing PhD studies in Human Resources at UPES.
