Andrea Marcante has an extensive work experience history. Andrea began their career as a researcher at ITIM, ITC, CNR in 2004 and worked there until 2006. Andrea then became a PostDoc Researcher at CSLab DICo University of Milan / AIE in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Consultant at Siscom & Morellini Editore and also served as a Teacher in the "Editoria elettronica 2.0" postgraduate course at Siscom srl & preciso.net. Andrea continued their research work as a consultant at CSLab - DICo UNIMI in 2008. From 2009 to 2015, Andrea worked at Bravofly in various roles including Senior Web Analyst & A/B testing team leader and Product&Project Manager. Andrea then joined MEC in 2015 as the Head of Analytics until 2018. In 2018 and 2019, they worked at Intarget as the Head Of Analytics and then moved on to become the Martech Managing Director. Since 2019, they have been working as the Chief Data&Tech Officer at Intarget and also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Università degli Studi di Milano.
Andrea Marcante pursued their education, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at the Università degli Studi di Milano from 1994 to 1999. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer and Communication Sciences for Humanities at the same university in the year 2000. Later, Andrea pursued a PhD in Information Society from the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2004 to 2007.
