Fanis Koutouvelis has had a variety of roles throughout their work experience. In 2010, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of i-kiosk until 2013. In 2012, they also worked as an Invited Course Lecturer at the University of Thessaly. In 2013, Fanis became a Member of the World Economic Forum | Global Shapers until 2020. Additionally, in 2013, they founded and became the Chairman of Intale. Most recently, in 2020, Fanis founded Pandas and is currently serving as the Founder & CEO of the company.

Fanis Koutouvelis started their education at Arsakeia - Tositseia Schools, where they attended from 2000 to 2003, although it's not mentioned whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this period. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2009, they enrolled at the University of Thessaly. Although they did not complete their degree, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications before dropping out.
