Sonia Lanteigne is an experienced legal and privacy professional currently serving as the Manager of Privacy and Information Protection at Irving Oil since March 2020. Prior to this role, Sonia held various positions, including General Counsel and Legal Counsel & Privacy Officer at WorkSafeNB from August 2014 to March 2020, and Privacy & Access to Information Officer at Atlantic Lottery Corporation from January 2009 to September 2013. Sonia also worked as Legal Counsel at Assumption Life in 2008 and as an Associate Lawyer at Bingham Robinson from 2001 to 2007, as well as at Patterson Palmer Hunt Murphy (Cox Palmer) from 1998 to 2000. Educationally, Sonia earned an LL.B. from Université de Moncton and a B.A. in Political Science from Dalhousie University.
