Mark Loudon has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Customer Success Consultant at Intact since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at OrderWise for five years, where they held the positions of Senior Software Trainer from October 2021 to March 2023, and Software Trainer from October 2016 to October 2021. Additionally, Mark served as the Director of Loudon Solutions Ltd. from February 2016 to August 2019. Mark also worked as the Director of Technology at >> Positivity in progress from July 2015 to July 2018, and as the Executive Director at Future World of Work from January 2014 to June 2017. Finally, Mark served as the Operations Manager at TechStart - Helping the community get online & into work from September 2013 to September 2015.

Mark Loudon attended Holy Trinity C. of E. School, Crawley, West Sussex from 1995 to 1999 for their secondary education. Mark then pursued IT Technical Services and obtained various certifications and qualifications including MSCE, CompTIA N+, NVQ Level 3 Business Management, CCNA, and HND Computer Engineering from different academic institutions between 1999 and 2011. In 2012, they enrolled at Strodes college and completed a City & Guilds Level 4 PTLLS New Award in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching. From 2012 to 2017, Mark studied Computing, Information Sciences and Support Services at The Open University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
