Lisa Dechter is an experienced Employee Experience and Engagement Specialist at INT Business Solutions since July 2014, where previous roles included Recruiter and Employee Relations Coordinator. Lisa has a diverse background in sales and marketing, having worked as a Sales Representative for UltraPure Bottling Systems, where responsibilities included selling custom-labeled water and collaborating with local businesses. Additional experience includes serving as a Media Supervisor for both the Sears Account at Mindshare and the SC Johnson account at Foote, Cone & Belding. Past positions also include Sales Representative at Newspaper National Network and Assistant Event Planner at the Union League Club of Chicago. Lisa holds a BBA in Business Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 1995.
