Kristian Marcus is a Product Manager and Operations Manager at InsurX, a digital risk exchange in London. Prior to this, Kristian was the Founder of FLTR, a social development platform, and also served as the General Manager at Holly Farm Business Park. Kristian has experience in business development, testing & validation engineering, and change management. Kristian is a Fellow M20 at Founders of the Future and participated in The NEF+ Programme at the Centre for Entrepreneurs. Kristian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science & Engineering with Industrial Management from The University of Sheffield.
