Amber Krakowski, UXMC, AINS, is a seasoned Senior UX Designer currently employed at Insurity since June 2021. Prior to this role, Amber contributed to INSTEC from June 2008 to June 2021, progressing from an Associate Analyst to a Senior position. During the tenure at INSTEC, Amber was part of the base Package and BOP team, where responsibilities included analyzing, writing specifications, and testing ISO rule, rate, and endorsement updates. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, awarded in 2007.
