Derek Lovrenich has been in the insurance industry since 2003. Derek started their career at American Team Managers as the Executive VP of Technology, where they were responsible for brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and programming, and developing brand strategy and statistics systems. In 2006, they moved to Moutain West Premium Finance as a Technology Consultant, providing strategic consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development, and assisting in integrating vendor systems. In 2008, they founded The Policy Spot, where they designed a mobile delivery platform for insurance professionals to deliver policies, manage certificates, and take payments without a merchant account. Derek also leads the charge of the marketing team while away from the R&D lab. In 2017, they founded insurEco System.

Derek Lovrenich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from The University of Texas at Arlington between 1995 and 2001.
