April S. Chan possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, notably with Insurance Office of America since December 2007 in various leadership roles, including Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of Field Operations. April has progressed through multiple positions, such as Senior Vice President, Vice President of Shared Services, and Director of Operations, demonstrating strong expertise in operations management, particularly in the Western Region. Prior to this, April held positions at Dealey, Renton & Associates and HRH, serving as an Account Manager. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
