Katja Wagenknecht has extensive experience in communication and editorial management, currently serving as the Leiterin Geschäftsbereich Unternehmenskommunikation at Versicherungsforen Leipzig GmbH since January 2012. Previously, Katja held roles within the same company, including Leiterin Fachredaktion and Referentin. Prior to this, Katja completed a practical internship at MUGLER AG while working on a thesis focused on lifecycle-oriented analysis of acquisition alternatives in mobile communication technologies. Additional experience includes an internship in the dynamics department at BMW Group and a position as a student assistant at Chemnitz University of Technology, where Katja was involved in teaching and organizing tutorials in German Studies. Katja holds a Magister degree in Economics and German Studies from Technische Universität Chemnitz.
