Millicent McIntyre, MSOB, serves as the Senior Director of Buyer Services at IAA. Millicent has a robust background in customer relations, having held the position of Director of Customer Relations at the Association for Supply Chain Management, as well as Director of Customer Output at Trustmark Companies. Additionally, Millicent has experience as an Operations Manager at Santanna Energy Services and currently contributes as a Board Member for the Midwest Contact Center Association.
