Eric Branch is an accomplished leader in change management and operations within the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Change Management at Insurance Administrative Solutions, L.L.C., Eric oversees project management and change requests, leading a team of 20 professionals while collaborating with various departments to prioritize initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at WLT Software Enterprises, where Eric enhanced service delivery and implemented significant improvements in ticket management, and a progression of roles at HealthPlan Services that showcased expertise in project management, business analysis, and team leadership. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of South Florida.
