Roger Leblanc is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice-Président développement des affaires at Insum Solutions since February 2011, Roger has been instrumental in aiding organizations to develop applications using Oracle/APEX, positioning Insum as a North American leader in this technology. Prior to this, Roger held the role of Vice-Président service conseil at CIA, managing business development and client relations, and served as Directeur associé at ERS Informatique, where responsibilities included strategic oversight and recruitment. Earlier career experiences include architectural work at Pratt & Whitney and data administration for Bombardier. Roger holds a DEC in Informatique from Edouard and is a former Analyste-Programmeur specializing in Oracle technologies.
