Ken Parent has a varied work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ken started their career as a Process Engineer at Lockheed Martin from March 1984 to June 1987. Ken then moved on to Morton International, where they worked as a Regional Manager from 1987 to 1998. From 1987 to 2000, they also served as the Western Regional Manager at Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials. In 2009, Ken became a Member of Vistage International until October 2014 when they took a sabbatical. Starting from February 2009, Ken has also been a member of the IPC PCB Suppliers Management Council Steering Committee, particularly the New Technology Subcommittee. Since August 2000, Ken has been involved with The Redfern Companies in various roles such as VP of Product Management, VP of Vistana, President of Integral Technology, CMO, and VP of Sales. Most recently, they have taken on the position of Chief Operating Officer at Insulectro, having joined the company in July 2021.
Ken Parent attended schools in England and Canada prior to graduating high school. Ken then transferred to Keene State College in 1977, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology. Their field of study at Keene State College included Industrial Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
